General Tech Assistance provides patient, easy-to-understand help with common personal technology. Service may include setting up smartphones, tablets, computers, printers, televisions, email accounts, video calls, apps, and basic device settings. Customers can also receive help learning how to use everyday features safely and confidently. This service does not include advanced repairs, data recovery, cybersecurity investigations, coding, or access to private financial accounts. Customers should keep passwords secure and enter sensitive information themselves. Pricing depends on the device, task, and time required.


Cancellation Policy

Grandson’s Hand Booking Policy To help us provide reliable and timely service, please review the following booking guidelines: Booking Confirmation Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation by text message or email from Grandson’s Hand. Cancellations and Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Please notify us as soon as possible if you will be late. Significant delays may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. Service Changes Please let us know in advance if you need to add or change any requested services. Additional services may affect the appointment time and final price. Pricing and Payment Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. The final price may change if the service requires additional time, labor, materials, travel, or tasks that were not included in the original request. Payment is due after the service is completed unless another arrangement has been approved. Access and Safety Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location. Grandson’s Hand may refuse or stop service if the environment, requested task, weather conditions, animals, or other circumstances create a safety concern. Weather and Unexpected Delays Outdoor services may be rescheduled because of severe weather or unsafe conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible if an appointment must be delayed or changed. Service Limitations Grandson’s Hand provides general assistance and non-licensed services. We do not perform work that requires a professional license, medical training, or specialized certification. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
